How the System Works

Alphacore Vision does not rely on complex physical installations. It uses advanced optics and software algorithms to analyze the physical world in real-time.

  • High-Resolution Video Capture:
    A standard or high-speed industrial camera is set up at a safe distance to record the machinery in its normal operating state.
  • AI Pixel Tracking:
    The AI analyzes the video frame by frame. Instead of looking at the image as a whole, it tracks the microscopic displacement of millions of individual pixels over time, measuring how they shift as the machine vibrates.
